Simplified offers Property Condition Reports through its platform from a national network of vendors. A property condition report traditionally is performed by an agent physically visiting a property and taking photos and producing a PDF report about the property. To augment the physical visits by agents, Simplified built a Virtual Agent that utilizes the homeowner to take the photos and submit information about the property. Our tools allow lenders to have a larger physical footprint, reducing time to turn reports around, and increase the data collected. The PDF reports are fully customizable and can be used by lending institutions and insurance companies, anywhere an inspection of a property asset is required.
Our solution works natively with Android devices. For Apple iPhone users, Simplified built a custom App that seamlessly captures the GPS meta data needed to provide detailed and auditable reports. On the App store, this is called VACAM
The Vacam App is a quick and easy tool to view GPS metadata from your camera photos. Developed for property inspection agents or anyone wanting to verify they are collecting photographic evidence with associated location and timestamp information. Take new photos with the app and store in your camera roll, or view metadata from existing camera roll photos. Vacam integrates seamlessly with Simplified's property inspection mobile app to allow GPS stamped photos to be securely submitted and stored in the cloud.
